Service Technician
Position: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Grand Junction, CO
Type: Full Time
Wage: $25-$35 per hour
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Perform HVAC maintenance and preventative services
- Install and commission new HVAC systems
- Draw up invoices and collect for completed work
- Draw up estimates and quotes
- Order materials
- Coordinate sold projects with managers
- Make recommendations for upgrading HVAC systems
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance schedule for company vehicle
- Submitting daily vendor invoices and time sheets to manager
- Continued education through vendors and suppliers
- Site visits with builders and other trades when required
- Provide oversight over two or more projects when required
- Communicate delays or problems to manager
- Respond to concerns of craftsmanship or integrity for work in which you are involved
COMPENSATION
- Salaries are negotiated based on training, ability and demand for your services
- Hourly employees are paid on Friday of each week
- Travel time is paid one-way from home office to primary jobsite
- Per diem is paid out for the day worked prior to an overnight stay
