Lawn Maintenance Foreman

• Mowing
• Trimming
• Weed eating
• Edging
• Clean up
• Maintenance of tools and equipment
• Keeping a safe and clean environment
• Monitoring inventory and supplies needed for specific jobs
• Supervising laborers working on job sites
• Communicating needs and assigning duties to laborers as needed
• Represent the company in a positive manner at all times

• Valid Colorado Driver's License
• Clean driving record (will be assigned company vehicle and trailer)
• Able to maneuver truck and trailer
• Must be familiar with power tools and equipment including trimmers, leaf blowers, zero turn mowers, and other power tools.

• Ability to safely operate all assigned equipment and tools
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, twist, reach and climb ladders
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good supervisory skills

This work is performed outside in all sorts of weather conditions (i.e. hot, humid, cold, wet, windy, rainy, and snowy) which means the person will need to be adequately dressed and prepared.
