In search of an extroverted, intuitive, skilled, and confident master technician. This individual must be able to talk to all different types of customers and enjoy their duties on a daily basis. A MasterTech is expected to perform all duties with quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose difficult problems and those that have multiple facets
• Confidently confirm and recommend maintenance, for present and future repairs
• Efficiently reassemble and disassemble for specific repairs
  • Ex: Remove cab or bed of truck for access or removing the engine
• Use all resources or research to confirm maintenance repairs
• Recommend long term solutions that will benefit a customer and/or the shop.
  • Ex: Reduce warranty issues

Job Requirements:

• Must have proven experience as an Automotive Technician
• ASE Certified
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Background Check
• Drug Test
