Position: Purchasing/Inventory Clerk

Location: Property Services Office

Type: Part Time

Wage: $13-$15/hour


Under the direction of the Senior Sourcing Specialist, this position is responsible for assisting with various purchasing, inventory, and courier functions within the Purchasing Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with various purchasing functions (quotes, purchase orders, vendor communication).
  2. Maintain accurate records of vendor Certificates of Insurance-COI’s (request updated COI’s, uploading documents into the system).
  3. Assist with various inventory control functions (receive incoming deliveries, stocking inventory shelves, pulling inventory for deliveries).
  4. Back up to the Courier position, in case of absences, paid time off, over capacity days).
  5. Create work orders for the department as needed.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Education & Experience:
