Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Grand Junction, CO

Wage: $20/Hour
Shift: Day, On-Call Weekends

Established, local, business is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician. We are looking for someone who is a jack of all trades, dependable and realistic when it comes to completing all tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plumbing and HVAC experience
• Performing plumbing and HVAC repairs as well as minor maintenance/repairs
• Document and process necessary paper work
• No travel outside the Grand Valley
• Attention to Detail, take initiative, cooperative, and independent

Job Requirements:

• Basic Tools
• Complete Physical Requirements -
• Standing, kneeling, crouching crawling
• Lift up to 75 Ibs

Compensation:

• $17/Hour - Raise after 90 day probation period
• Depending on certification or experience, pay will be adjusted
• $50 cell phone stipend
• Mileage reimbursement

Hours:

Monday - Friday; however, this position will have an on-call status for nights/weekends rotated between four techs. No travel outside the Grand Valley.
