• Background Check
• Experience in a call center environment
• Experience in medical billing
• Proficient with computers
• Patience and ability to manage stress

• Complete, review, analyze, & make contact on patient portfolios
• Act as a 3rd party representative
• Quality customer service skills
• Able to communicate efficiently & effectively
• Maintain & update accurate records and report on account activity
• Conflict resolution
